As the golden sun rays fall on the city of gold, Aswan, it’s our queue to start our journey. Upon arrival at the airport or your hotel, a warm welcome sets the tone for what’s to come. Our first stop will be the great temple of Philea, a well-preserved piece dedicated to the goddess Isis. Its amusing location on an island makes it feel like a hidden gem.
From there, you get to visit the wonder Aswan High Dam, an amusement of modern engineering that tamed the powerful Nile. By afternoon, you would have joined us on your luxurious dahabiya, a traditional yet elegant sailing boat. As the late afternoon breeze fills the sails, we let the wind lead us toward Kom Ombo. Under the shining of moonlight, you explore the Kom Ombo Temple, with its unique style as its a dual dedication temple that is dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. The night ends on the peaceful shores of Maniha Island, with the gentle lull of the Nile making fall asleep peacefully.
The morning begins with the soft sound of the waves as the dahabiya glides through the water. Your first stop is the grounds of Selsela Mountain, where ancient Egyptians once quarried stone for most of their monuments. As you stare at the great beauty of this site, you easily imagine how much labor and devotion were used to shape Egypt’s wonders.
going on with our sail we make our way to Bassao Island, a charming village in which life seems stuck in time. At Bassao Island, you’re invited to witness the traditional routine of the locals which would probably be a farmer getting his crops well or children playing along the riverbank.
By the afternoon, we would arrive at Edfu Temple, one of the well-preserved temples in Egypt. Edfu temple was Dedicated to the god Horus, its towering columns and beautiful carvings seem to tell many stories of devotion and power. As the sun starts to set, the dahabiya finds a resting place to anchor on Ramady Island, a comforting spot surrounded by the stillness of the Nile
when the next morning comes we get to discover more, as we step ashore to explore Kab City. It’s a site of ancient tombs, carved into the desert cliffs, it reveals many perspectives of life thousands of years ago; scenes of fishing, farming, and feasting that feel remarkably familiar.
Getting back on board and on our way to Esna, The passage through the Esna Lock is a spectacular view itself, showing a perfect mixture of ancient traditions and modern engineering. In Esna, the beautifully preserved Temple of Khnum, dedicated to the ram-headed god of creation, is our destination to go on with our exploration. That night we find the dahabiya resting in Esna for a lovely Evening.
Taking the sail down The Nile to the crown jewel of Egypt | Luxor. Known as the “world’s greatest open-air museum,” this city is a treasure trove of history.
In the afternoon, we get to visit the Temple of Karnak Complex, one of the biggest temples in Egypt known for its towering columns and magical lake.
As the day fades, the Luxor Temple comes alive under a golden sunset. The temple is such a masterpiece of ancient architecture, that it could almost make it feel as otherworldly as the light flashes on its sandstone walls. with a mixture of different timezones in one temple, you get to explore many different dynasties of religion.
Your overnight stay in Luxor is a serene end to a day filled with awe.

This temple is exceptionally well-preserved, with intricate ceilings that still display their original colors which is very incredible to actually think a wall could keep its original colors for all this time.
By the afternoon, the dahabiya sails to Naga Hammadi, where we get to anchor for the night. The day’s adventures leave you with a deeper appreciation for Egypt’s rich and varied history.

Waking up to mid-trip we find the trip to Abydos, one of Egypt’s most holy cities. The Temple of Seti I is such a masterpiece, with its faithful reliefs and the mysterious Osireion, believed to be connected to the cult of Osiris.
getting back to Sailing, we reach Sohag, where we spend the night onboard.
As we make our way to Fayoum from Assiut Over the next few days We get to a few fun adventures on boards with many laughs together as we make the best of time, our adventure includes |
• Tel el-Amarna, the city of Akhenaten, where we get to explore some more tombs and ruins from the brief yet fascinating Amarna Period.

• A day trip to Fayoum Oasis, the home of the fascinating Valley of the Whales and restful Qarun Lake.

the continuing of our journey owes us a visit to the Legendary Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, standing there as if it were the guardian of Egypt’s past.
Our final stop is the Grand Egyptian Museum, where most of Egypt’s greatest treasures lay, like Tutankhamun’s golden mask.
